While maximizing efficiencies, we never compromise on quality. Our boots-on-the-ground construction and project management expertise means our affordable and attainable homes are spacious, amenity-rich, and gracefully reflect the local flavor and personality of the surrounding community.
Our market rate communities feature spacious and light-filled living experiences complete with communal gathering areas, clubhouses, amenity-rich apartments, and a true sense of home. Servicing residents with JPI’s signature community-centered approach, they offer a premium multifamily experience to a broader range of people and neighborhoods.
Featuring the same elegant design, construction, and living experience as our market rate housing, our attainable housing communities have 51% of their capacity offered to residents earning the average area median income or below. This often includes our local teachers, first responders, and essential workers. The remaining 49% of units are offered at market rate.
To ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship, JPI leverages our extensive financial resources and connections to secure Federal Housing Tax Credits for our affordable housing communities. This means that we’re able to provide amenities and living experiences that meet the high JPI standard of excellence, without compromise. This optimized approach to funding and operations allows us to offer affordable units to residents earning 70% of area median income—providing seniors, as well as our essential service, restaurant, and retail workers quality, community-focused housing without the cost-burden of higher rents.
