Ribbon Cutting Held for New Parmore Arcadia Trails Community in Balch Springs
Parmore Arcadia Trails is the first affordable senior living community delivered for Balch Springs residents in over ten (10) years
Balch Springs, Texas (April 26, 2023) – On Tuesday, April 25th, JPI – a leader in the development of best-in-class multi-family communities – hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially commemorate the opening of Parmore Arcadia Trails, a new 55+ independent senior living community located near the northeast quadrant of S. Beltline Rd and Mercury Rd in Balch Springs, Texas. The development, created in partnership with the City of Balch Springs, will help meet a growing need for affordable housing for local seniors earning 60% or less than the area median income.
The new 8.5-acre community, which is currently 99.5% leased, is the second D-FW community that JPI has opened this year and features urban-style architecture with extensive amenities that reflect the unique local area.
