Structured Training Program
Our Structured Training Program is built for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to launch a meaningful career in real estate and construction. At JPI, we know that early exposure to site operations creates a strong foundation for long-term success in the industry. This program is designed to give all participants hands-on experience in the field, regardless of background or previous exposure, and provides a clear path for learning, growth, and advancement.
- Your first 2–3 years are mapped out through a blend of immersive work assignments, in-house academies, and self-guided learning.
- You’ll gain direct site experience, providing a strong foundation in operations, safety, and real-world project management.
Upon graduation from the structured training, you’ll have the knowledge and skills to pursue the path that fits you, whether that’s continuing in construction operations or pivoting to other areas of the JPI business. The three core career paths are:
Construction and Trades Field Careers
