Tyler Mangiafico

As Vice President of Development, Tyler brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the JPI team. With a strong background in multifamily development, financial analysis, and market strategy, Tyler navigates complex financial transactions and guides strategic decision-making.

In his current role at JPI, Tyler is responsible for leading and facilitating the region’s development efforts, including due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, capitalization strategies, and construction administration to maximize value and risk-adjusted returns for investors. Tyler helps manage an extensive pipeline and portfolio of communities throughout California.

Since joining JPI in 2018, Tyler has held numerous progressive roles within the Finance, Investment Management, and Capital Markets teams in various aspects of the business. This experience provides a comprehensive perspective that enhances Tyler’s strategic decision-making and provides valuable insights into how various functions collaborate to drive JPI’s success. In his career at JPI, Tyler has led and supported the execution of over $2 billion in capital transactions.

 Prior to joining JPI, Tyler worked for Goldman Sachs supporting a trading desk focused on large pools of single-family mortgages.

 Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking with his wife and dog, and traveling and exploring new destinations and cultures.
