VP, Investment Management, California
At age 17, Tina got a job at a small real estate business where she learned the ropes. From that time on, she’s been hooked.
As Vice President of Asset Management, Tina leads the strategy and positioning of JPI’s assets in the Western Region. She is responsible for the overall maximization of value for the region’s communities in order to achieve the highest financial returns for our investors, including lease-up, operations, and the eventual disposition of each asset.
Tina brings diverse experience in asset management, underwriting, dispositions, and loan workouts across all property types, having previously worked for developers, pension fund advisors, and private equity firms.
Driven by JPI’s people-first culture, Tina contributes energetic, positive leadership to her team. She prioritizes growing her direct report associates into leaders within their space, providing opportunities for mentorship and career development for JPI’s next generation.
Tina grew up in Livermore, California, and graduated from California State University, East Bay, where she earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management and Finance.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching football, and hanging out with her dog.
