Shardul Singh

Vice President, Digital Workflows

Shardul’s early years were spent in remote areas of India where his father was responsible for establishing railway networks and related infrastructure. Being around complex construction, Shardul adopted an understanding of the importance of systems and processes and put that to work in his professional life.

As Vice President of Digital Workflows, Shardul works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify repetitive work processes and find or develop digital solutions to make improvements. He also develops and executes Lean workflows (including Takt) and contributes to product development efforts.

Shardul brings 12 years of experience in design-build-manufacture operations to JPI. From leading award-winning design-build projects to heading manufacturing operations for the largest CLT plants in North America, Shardul’s diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

Shardul has worked in the construction space for more than 14 years, serving in a variety of roles including BIM/Estimating, Design-Build Manager, and head of Mass Timber Operations.

Shardul holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Shardul loves to travel with his family and learn about various cultures around the world.
