Paul Dragicevich

Paul’s motto is, if you enjoy what you do it won’t feel like work. And that’s why he chose to pursue a passionate career in construction.

As Vice President, Construction, Paul leads all aspects of the construction process for JPI’s Western Region. Paul is responsible not only for successful project delivery but also associate growth and development.

Paul prides himself on being a dynamic, detail-oriented leader highly regarded for orchestrating complex construction projects while exceeding expectations for his peers and customers. His excellent interpersonal skills, hard work, and dedication have resulted in a trusted and positive leader for his team known for quick decision-making and flexible problem-solving.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and brings over fifteen years of construction experience to the JPI team. He has vast experience as a subcontractor including work in site development, electrical, finish carpentry, and paint.

When not at work, Paul enjoys mountain biking and watching his children grow.
