Paige Decker

Paige has always had a passion for wanting to help people. After a brief stint pursuing nursing, she quickly found her way into the world of human resources and had never looked back.

As a Vice President of People Operations, Paige oversees the administration, coordination, and evaluation of JPI’s People Operations team. She leads the team in various functions including benefits, payroll, associate relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.  

Paige brings extensive experience in providing HR solutions and building strategic infrastructure through technology, compliance, and personnel. Paige’s leadership roles span diverse industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals/home health, industrial minerals, and multifamily development. 

 Paige’s graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Executive Master of Business Administration. She is also an active member of several prominent professional organizations, including the national and local levels of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Fort Worth’s LeadingEdge Cohort program. 

 When she’s not mentoring HR professionals, and generally sharing her industry expertise and passion for HR, Paige can be found spending quality time with her four-legged devotee, Ava Mae. Together, they enjoy reading, participating in a long list of outdoor activities, and eating mac and cheese.
