Chief Construction and Design Officer

A commitment to industry innovation, organizational efficiency, integrated teams, clear communication, and meeting overall project goals are the drivers that fuel Kyley’s passion for the construction industry.

As the Chief Construction and Design Officer at JPI, Kyley provides executive leadership and serves JPI’s construction and design teams for Central and West regions.  He works closely with the senior leadership of design and construction teams to cultivate and maintain industry-leading processes that support foundational design standards, construction execution, and continuous improvements.

Kyley provides strategic leadership and oversight to our construction and design operations in both the Central and West regions. He motivates his teams to seek competitive advantages in how we design, build, and execute to create opportunities for JPI to continue to enhance our current processes and scale our business.

Kyley has a breadth of experience in construction, design, product development, and traditional A&E services. He brings a unique, functional skill set to the team combining the experiences of running a construction company and a design firm, as well as having led A&E and component design for a product development team.

This breadth of experience provides Kyley with a keen vision and proven insight to drive the JPI team forward, specifically in the areas of technology, innovation, and process improvement. Through his work, Kyley helps activate better processes, more technology-enabled projects, and robust design standards that promote efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

A licensed architect, Kyley began his career in the building industry in 1994. During that time, he has worked with the design and construction of many building types including healthcare, commercial, civic, and residential. Prior to joining JPI, Kyley held senior-level positions in design and commercial construction firms within the multifamily space.

Kyley graduated from LSU with a degree in architecture and is a licensed architect.

When not at the office, Kyley enjoys spending time with his family, running, sailing, and LSU sports.
