Chief Construction Officer

As the Chief Construction Officer at JPI, Kyley provides executive leadership and support to JPI’s construction teams for Central and West Operations.  He works closely with the senior leadership construction team to cultivate and maintain industry-leading construction processes that support successful project execution and continuous improvements.

Kyley provides strategic leadership and oversight to our construction operations in both Central and Western regions. He motivates his teams to seek competitive advantages in how we build and execute to create opportunities for JPI to continue to scale our business.

Kyley has a breadth of experience in construction, product development, and traditional A&E services. He brings a unique, functional skill set to the team combining the experiences of running a construction company, a design firm, as well as having led A&E, NPI, and component design for a product development team.

A licensed architect, Kyley began his career in the building industry in 1994. During that time, he has worked with the design and construction of many building types including healthcare, commercial, civic, and residential. Prior to joining JPI, Kyley held senior-level positions with multiple contractors/developers in the commercial construction and multifamily space.

Kyley graduated from LSU, earning a degree in architecture, and maintains the practice today as a licensed architect.

When not at the office, Kyley enjoys running, sailing, and playing golf, and tennis.
