VP, Sourcing
After spending 20 years moving around the globe to work on complex, large-scale projects in the industrial construction space, Josh wanted to put his skillset to work to make a positive impact in his own backyard. While LNG terminals and power plants are needed in society, contributing to the goal of affordable, quality housing for all became his new mission.
As Vice President of Sourcing Josh, is responsible for the overall strategy of JPI’s material sourcing efforts. Working across the project lifecycle, the sourcing organization supports Design, Preconstruction, and Construction Operations to deliver industry best practices and cost savings.
In 2000, Josh started his journey with Bechtel Corporation where he held multiple domestic and international assignments in supply chain on mega projects in the oil and gas, mining and metals, and power generation markets. After Bechtel, he served as Head of Materials for a leading construction company.
Passionate about mentoring and growing teams, Josh enjoys developing cross-functional organizations built on impactful operational performance.
Josh has a Master of Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
Outside of work, Josh loves to spend time with family, golf, and travel. Fun fact: he is also a certified Six Sigma Yellow belt!
