Anish Joseph

Anish was born in Sharjah (the Fort Worth to Dubai) but grew up in Carrollton, TX. Anish recalls being drawn to art, math, and science at an early age and feeling excited when he discovered that architecture used these disciplines to design meaningful places.

As Vice President of Design Management, Anish provides direction for JPI’s design management team, ensuring that JPI’s communities are designed with industry-leading standards while maximizing functionality, constructability, and sustainability.

With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily sector, Anish is passionate about placemaking, which, in design terms, means going beyond merely constructing a building. Instead, the aim is to connect the site, surroundings, and local community to the way our buildings are designed and, ultimately, to the way our developments are experienced by the residents. He loves the challenge of working with various internal departments (design/development/investment management/precon/construction & qc) to create a cohesive team to deliver exceptional communities. Anish loves taking on complex challenges and finding the right solution centered around the ultimate goal, which is the resident experience.

Anish holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

When not at work, you will find Anish walking the trails by his home in Addison with his chocolate lab, Jackie Brown.
