JPI ranked No. 2 on the NMHC Top 25 Developers list, up from No. 18 in 2025, and No. 5 on the Top 25 Builders list, up from No. 23 the previous year. This recognition follows JPI’s record-breaking year in 2025, during which the company started 17 new projects totaling 6,372 homes, representing a combined development value of $2.2 billion.
