JPI NAMED ONE OF DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL’S BEST PLACES TO WORK FOR 2024
Recognized amongst 40 other organizations in the medium category, JPI was celebrated at a luncheon on October 19th
Irving, Texas (October 20, 2023) – JPI, a leader in the development of multifamily communities, was honored by the Dallas Business Journal at a luncheon on October 19th as one of the Best Places to Work in North Texas for the medium category.
For the last 21 years, the Best Places to Work list has consisted of organizations with the highest survey scores, as rated by the Quantum Workplace Index. From the 325 companies that are nominated, the top 100 companies are then sorted into categories based on their respective employee counts, and JPI was recognized amongst 40 other organizations in the medium category (50-249 employees).
“We are extremely humbled and honored to be named a Best Place to Work for the third time,” said Missy Hubbell, Chief People Officer at JPI. “As a people-first organization, investing and focusing on our associates has been part of JPI’s foundation since the beginning, and something we do not take lightly. While we develop best-in-class communities, we also strive to make JPI the best place for our associates and their families. It’s a collective effort that makes us successful, and we’re thankful for our extraordinary team who makes JPI a great place to work.”
At JPI, authentic connections, career development, and continuous improvement aren’t just perks of the job, they are the driving forces behind the culture. As an organization, JPI invests time and takes great care to attract, retain, and grow the best talent in the multifamily industry.
Some of JPI’s people-first initiatives include:
- JPI Experience: A 2-day, immersive event for new employees to meet other associates and learn about JPI.
- Swag + Gear Programs: JPI is intentional about equipping employees with the physical gear they need to do their job, and some additional items to show off company pride!
- Engagement Programs: Associates are part of a community with resources like free lunch, learning and development opportunities, and team building events. Formal feedback mechanisms are utilized and designed to ensure the work environment is an engaging place where people can be their best.
