JPI Closes on Land for Reagan Center, Marking Its Re-entry into the Central Florida Market
326-unit community in fast-growing Seminole County marks JPI’s expansion into one of the Orlando metro’s most sought-after submarkets
SANFORD, FL. (June 30, 2026) – JPI, a premier developer of multifamily communities, today announced the closing of a 15.7-acre site at 4754 Lakeview Crossing Circle in Sanford, Florida. The acquisition launches development of Reagan Center, an $85 million, 326-unit Class A community that marks JPI’s re-entry into the high-growth Central Florida market.
Developed as a joint venture with Integra Land Company and Panther Residential Management and financed with a construction loan from Renasant Bank and equity from Marble Capital, Reagan Center will rise in Seminole County, one of the Orlando metro’s most sought-after submarkets. JPI is scheduled to break ground in summer 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028.
Why Sanford, Why Now
Orlando has been one of the nation’s standout growth stories, with sustained population and job gains that place it among the top performers on JPI’s internal market scorecard. Within that metro, Seminole County stands out as one of the most sought-after submarkets. JPI views Lakeview Crossing as an opportunity to establish a presence in an important long-term market during a quieter point in the development cycle, positioning the community to deliver as demand continues to build. The project is a joint venture with Integra Land Company, a local partner that spent several years working alongside the landowner and Seminole County on the rezoning and master plan for the site.
“Orlando is one of the strongest long-term growth stories in the Southeast, and Seminole County sits right at the heart of it,” said Rob Paulsen, Director of Land Acquisition for the Florida region at JPI. “Re-entering a market like this during a quieter part of the cycle lets us deliver high-quality housing just as demand continues to accelerate. Reagan Center is an ideal first step for JPI in Central Florida.”
A Community Built for How Central Florida Lives
Set across 15.7 acres, Reagan Center will deliver 326 garden-style homes across 20 buildings, with a family-friendly mix of 146 one-bedroom, 148 two-bedroom, and 32 three-bedroom residences. The larger-format layouts make the community well suited to the families and professionals fueling Seminole County’s growth. The community also benefits from access to Seminole County’s highly regarded public school system, a key draw for families seeking long-term housing options in the area.
Residents will enjoy a full suite of amenities, including a resort-style pool, a fitness center, a package room, and a clubhouse featuring a coffee lounge alongside dedicated work and game areas.
“We designed Reagan Center to give Central Florida renters spacious, high-quality homes in a community built for everyday life,” added Paulsen. “From the larger two- and three-bedroom layouts to the clubhouse and resort-style pool, it’s a place families and professionals will be proud to call home.”
Reagan Center is being developed with Integra Land Company, Panther Residential Management, and a team of leading design partners, including architecture by Charlan Brock Architects, civil engineering by KPM Franklin, landscape architecture by Libra Design Group, interior design by Forum Design, and structural engineering by Joseph Lawrence & Co.
