OCEANSIDE, Calif. – August 28, 2024 – JPI, a leader in the development of Class A multifamily communities, celebrates a groundbreaking today for, Jefferson Ocean Creek, in Oceanside, California.
Jefferson Ocean Creek will include 295 apartment homes within a 4-story, garden-style complex, providing residents with top-of-the-line amenities and a premier standard of living.
