JPI Breaks Ground on New 295-Home Community in Oceanside, California

This new community will bring 295 homes to Oceanside, CA in 2026

OCEANSIDE, Calif. – August 28, 2024 – JPI, a leader in the development of Class A multifamily communities, celebrates a groundbreaking today for, Jefferson Ocean Creek, in Oceanside, California.

Jefferson Ocean Creek will include 295 apartment homes within a 4-story, garden-style complex, providing residents with top-of-the-line amenities and a premier standard of living. The development’s central Oceanside location offers a unique blend of walkability and convenience, with vicinity to Downtown’s vibrant dining, entertainment and local events. Residents will also benefit from proximity to job centers and amenities in neighboring San Diego County cities including La Jolla and Del Mar.
