This new community will bring 272 homes to Long Beach, California in 2025

LONG BEACH, Calif. – May 13, 2024 – JPI, a leader in the development of Class A multifamily housing, is thrilled to announce the successful land close for its latest project, Jefferson Long Beach, located in the vibrant city of Long Beach, California.

The Jefferson Long Beach project will feature 272 apartment homes housed within an 8-story podium structure, offering residents modern amenities and an exceptional living experience. Strategically situated in the heart of Downtown Long Beach, in a designated opportunity zone, the development promises to complement the city’s dynamic atmosphere and contribute to its flourishing community.
