Jefferson North Collins Will Provide Luxury Amenities Surrounded By Entertainment And Event Centers

IRVING, Texas (October 30, 2019) – JPI is proud to announce a close on financing for its newest project in a long line of successful Class A multi-family communities, Jefferson North Collins. This new development has a footprint of 300,000 square feet and sits on nearly 16-acres of land. The stunning community will open its doors in July 2021 and fully complete construction in December 2021.

Jefferson North Collins will be constructed at Madison Drive and Washington Drive, a prime location for events and entertainment in the area. Arlington is the seventh largest city in Texas and the third largest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Known as the “Entertainment Capital of Texas,” Arlington is home to Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, and the AT&T Stadium. The community will be located just five miles from 25,000 jobs at the new American Airlines headquarters and will also be in close proximity to The University of Texas at Arlington campus.

Also near by, the Texas Rangers are building their new state-of-the-art Globe Life Field, which will seat approximately 41,000 fans. The new stadium is adjacent to Texas Live!, a $250 million entertainment development that opened in 2018. The venue includes a 302-room hotel and event space, Grand Event Center, PBR Cowboy Bar, and 200,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment open year-round.

The average home size will be 942 square feet.
