Jefferson Vista Canyon

Jefferson Vista Canyon is a 480-home luxury apartment community situated on 185 acres just 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles. It is a mixed-use, transit-oriented community that will include retail, office, hospitality, park and recreational areas. The planned site will include apartments and single-family residences, along with a new intermodal transit station housing the Metrolink commuter rail at its center. This community will provide the much-needed multifamily infrastructure with a walkable master-planned community by JSB Development.

Jefferson Vista Canyon is set to open 2Q20 and will provide studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts to the budding live-work-play environment and will feature unique amenities to compliment the sophistication of the city.
