Associate Spotlight: Adrienne Bain

For Adrienne Bain, Managing Director of Capital Markets at JPI, the best is yet to come. “I live by that mantra,” she said. “It keeps me hungry.”

As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Adrienne is responsible for origination and recapitalization efforts for JPI, which includes identifying, sourcing, and advising on debt and equity capital for multifamily investment opportunities.

“I love working with a remarkable group of people who are fanatical about building what matters,” Adrienne said. “That’s what’s special about JPI. It is truly a people-first organization. From the JPI associates to the residents who live in our communities, and the partners who invest with us, we are dedicated to enriching the lives of others.”

Adrienne spent over two decades working in real estate capital markets and has personally been a multifamily investor for many years. But for Adrienne, it’s not just about building housing – it’s about making an impact on communities.

“Affordable and sustainable housing are passions of mine,” Adrienne said. “I want to help JPI bring more attainable and sustainable housing to the communities we serve.”

In 2022, JPI delivered its first-ever affordable senior community to the city of Balch Springs. In addition to being JPI’s first affordable community, Parmore Arcadia Trails was also the first affordable senior living community to be delivered to Balch Springs in over 10 years.

Since then, JPI has opened two more affordable senior communities in Texas – Parmore Fossil Creek in Haltom City and Parmore Anna in Anna – and, with over $500 million in affordable and attainable projects in the pipeline, has plans to continue making an impact on affordable and attainable housing in the United States.

“The advice I give anyone just starting out in any field is to follow their passions,” Adrienne said. “And I’m lucky to be doing just that. The best is yet to come for JPI.”
