JPI Breaks ground on Jefferson eastchase

This new community will bring 398 homes to Fort Worth, TX in 2026

FORT WORTH, Texas – February 22, 2024 – JPI, a leader in the development of Class A multifamily communities, held a groundbreaking ceremony today to commemorate the start of construction on Jefferson Eastchase, which will bring 398 homes to Fort Worth, Texas. 

This 3- and 4-story walk-up community will host a combination of market rate and attainable housing in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations. In partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions, this project will bring much-needed housing to the local area, including income-restricted units to help meet the need for attainable housing. Each home will be equipped with premium amenities, such as stainless-steel appliances, 10-foot ceilings, and a full-sized washer and dryer in each home. 

Beyond the home amenities, Jefferson Eastchase was designed with a keen eye towards enriching the overall community atmosphere and includes beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces, such as a large, elevated pool deck and cabana, a beautiful clubroom, a well-equipped fitness center and yoga studio, a coworking lounge, a community pocket park and dog park, and much more.
