Chase Addington

Chase thrives in fast-paced environments, a trait that helped guide him into the world of multifamily development in Dallas.

As a Vice President of Development, Chase facilitates all development activities, including the evaluation of investment opportunities, budgeting, capitalization strategies, and due diligence. With a team of development, design, and construction managers, he manages approximately $1 billion of new multifamily developments in the DFW market.

Chase brings a well-rounded experience in real estate and development. He began his multifamily career at Berkadia and went on to work in many aspects of the industry, from appraisal to capital markets to development. In addition to a wealth of knowledge, he possesses a passion for community-building that drives him to lead in the production of best-in-class assets. He is particularly energized by JPI’s affordable family housing developments.

Chase is a team-oriented leader that brings thoughtful, encouraging direction to his team members. While supporting his team in day-to-day operations, he also provides mentorship and career development opportunities, facilitating growth and high performance for both teams and individuals.

Chase grew up in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from the University of Alabama. He is an active member of The First Tee of Greater Dallas, an organization dedicated to empowering kids and teens through the game of golf.

Outside of the office, Chase enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son.
