VP, Project Management Office
Growing up in a small farming town of 500 people in Illinois, Jenna values hard-working, honest, and collaborative teams, which immediately drew her to JPI’s company culture.
As Vice President of the Project Management Office, Jenna oversees and optimizes project management of technology implementations, process improvements, and enhancements, and supports initiatives that align with JPI’s mission to be the #1 multi-family developer and builder in the US.
Jenna brings over 12 years of experience in business process and performance improvements, program and project management, and change management. As a project leader and integral team member, Jenna brings a strategic, hands-on approach to delivering business transformation projects. She leverages her industry experience to bring insights and benchmarks to her engagements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and organization. Her prior experience includes leading large transformations such as M&A integrations, IPO readiness engagements, and software implementations.
Before joining JPI, Jenna worked at PwC and Armanino in management consulting and at Anheuser-Busch in various Finance, M&A Integration, and Performance Management roles. Jenna holds degrees in Accounting and Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jenna loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. You can also catch her trying new things – most recently, golf, different red wines, and of course, Texas hot sauces.
