Tom Lamberth

Being born and raised in Dallas, Tom followed his father and brother into the real estate business. While he landed on the multifamily side by accident, he has enjoyed participating in the development of quality homes across the country and working alongside great colleagues along the way.

As Managing Director of Investor Relations, Tom manages the communication and relationships between new and existing investors, shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders in the financial community. Tom helps to ensure that JPI’s financial performance, strategies, and other important information are effectively communicated to the investment community.

Tom has been in the apartment industry since 1981 and has held executive-level positions with both public and private owners. He has deep experience in ground-up development, initiating the development of over $1 billion in multifamily assets throughout his career. Tom also served more than twenty years in property operations that includes executive-level leadership of portfolios up to 42,000 apartment homes.

He attended Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in Business Management.

Outside of the office, Tom enjoys golf, attending games, and other activities to support his six grandchildren. He and his wife, Lorri, are heavily involved in their church and other related ministries.
