Tiffany Davidson

After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Tiffany has finally found a home with JPI.  Her real estate background covers development, construction, and property management across the multifamily, commercial, and industrial sectors.  The fast pace and ever-changing nature of real estate transactions keep Tiffany challenged and continually learning.

As Vice President and Controller, Tiffany brings energy and excitement to the Corporate and Real Estate Accounting teams on a daily basis.  She enjoys motivating, teaching, and collaborating with team members.  Her passion within the Financial Accounting function lies in continued growth and process improvements.

Tiffany is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin receiving both her BBA in Accounting and MPA in Professional Accounting from the University.  She is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and is an alumna of Andersen in their audit practice.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys college football, music, traveling, and spending time with her family.
