Seth Dorros

A California native, Seth was born and raised in San Diego.  His exposure and draw to real estate came by way of his family, as both his wife and mother-in-law are real estate transactional attorneys.  Their line of work seemed interesting, so he decided to knock out a J.D. and join the club.   

As Vice President of Land Acquisition in the Western Region, Seth acts as the lead point of contact for identifying and negotiating potential development sites. Supporting a team of land acquisition associates, he leads in sourcing new development opportunities and providing initial project analysis, preparing all materials necessary to pitch projects to JPI’s Investment Committee.  

Prior to joining JPI, Seth worked for 12 years and held senior positions with leading private real estate companies in California. 

Seth received a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University, where he also played on the men’s soccer team.  He also received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Pepperdine University.   

When not at the office, Seth enjoys watching his three boys compete in high school sports, as well as seeing the world with his family. When he has the chance, he especially enjoys watching English Premier League soccer.
