SVP, Culture and Engagement
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Missy Hubbell has a proven track record in organizational health, leadership framework and operations management across various sectors, including real estate, financial services and consumer products. Prior to joining JPI, she held executive roles at Hudson Advisors, GMAC ResCap, and Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Missy serves as Senior Vice President of Culture and Engagement at JPI, where she is responsible for driving internal engagement in alignment with JPI’s Culture Framework. In her role, she collaborates closely with Human Resources to drive internal engagement and support leadership development. She also leads efforts to engage key associate groups, supports strategic change management initiatives, and oversees recognition and community engagement programs.
Missy is dedicated to fostering a workplace where associates are encouraged to live out JPI’s core values—people, progress, and profit. She promotes a culture of continuous learning, openness, and ambition, helping associates integrate these values into their everyday work. Her efforts ensure a vibrant, collaborative environment that supports both individual and organizational growth.
Missy holds an MBA in Organization Development from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from The University of the South. Outside of her professional life, Missy is an avid golfer, serves as the Treasurer for Play for PINK’s charity event, and is an active community and church volunteer. She enjoys spending time with her twin boys and traveling with her husband, Walter.
